Serves - 4 ; Preparation time - 25 min
Ingredients
Potato -1
Carrot -1
Peas - Handful
Cauliflower - 3-4 pieces
Pressure cook all the vegetables for 1 - 2 whiles adding a pinch of salt
Masala Powder / Paste
Take all the Garam masala (cardamom, cloves, brinji leaf ect) , add sesame leaf and coconut scrap and fry it till it turns golden brown and cashew nuts and add a little water and make a paste
Process:
Take a pan, add onions , ginger garlic paste , fry nicely then add this paste and fry well
After this add tomatoes, chilly powder, turmeric powder and fry well in oil.
Now add the steamed vegetables to this and wait till the mix hapens to become a nice gravey
Garnish with Cilantro and serve hot
Tastes heavenly with chapattis , roties and Poori.
