Murunkai Keerai Rasam (Drumstick leaves soup)

This is a very tasty and an healthy soup , proved to increase blood cells count; advised for anemic and patients undergoing chemotherapy

One of my favorite starters as it easy to make and delicious to start


Preparation time - 10 min ; serves : 2 people

Drumstick leaves - 1 bunch (40 leaves)
garlic - 2 pieces
jeera - 1 pinch
small onion - 2-3 pieces
toor dhall - 1 spoon
Taste maker - 1 pinch
Pepper ground


Wash the ingredients cleanly;

In pressure cooker ; add two cups (500 ml) of water , add  jeera, small onions, garlic and toor dhall
Allow it to whistle twice

Once the pressure reduces, add the leaves, salt, pepper (ground) and taste maker

While servings add pepper and salt

Serve Hot
