Vegetable paratha (Delite for kids)

This is unlike allu para we mix all fibrous vegetable and its an healthy and tasty dish try making this and kids will love eating this.

I have not given much spices or hot taste to this because kids may not like it. My 3 old daughter loves to take this

Some tips :
Make the dough soft because the coating otherwise may ooze out.
Before folding with stuffing make a big circle, and after folding you need not try making it big, you will get a sizable paratha

Preparation time : 25 min ; cooking time: 10 min; serves: 4

Ingredients:
Potato: 2
Beans: 5-10
Carrot - 1
Peas (fesh) - handfull

Steam all this with little salt and keep it separate.

Onion
Turmeric powder- pinch
kasturi methi - pinch
Fresh coriander - 10-12 leaves
Salt - little

Procedure
Add oil, fry onion, turmeric powder, kasturi methi and chopped coriander.
Peel off the potato and crush it, now it with the vegetables.Mix it with the cooked onion.
The stuffing is now ready.

Take the dough, and make it a big circle, now spread oil on the surface.
Make a small ball of stuffing and place it in center.
Close from one end and other and finally the other ends too.
It will now become a box shaped
Turn the paratha to the other side (where you have closed all the end, should face down side.
Powder with enough dough so, its easy to remove.. carefully start rolling the stick and make it a sizable box shaped paratha.
Dont be eager to make big circles, it may end up sticking .

On a heated tawa, heat parathas on both sides and serve hot with green gram curry!!
Enjoy the feast
Sending this to Krithis's kitchen's "Serve it series - serve it griddled "
